I Have the Districts file in the form of CSV file. I have to Use these Districts in My Custom Module It has the field District. I Should use these District field like(dropdown Districts which are there in CSV file ) State Or Country Fields which has dropdown(states and countries) . How to upload these districts data using Models and Views
