In Odoo after having create an invoice in the regulation part the client and the rate of this bill is imported ( and these two fields are changed according to the bill) I just need to know how he did it because I need to import for a specific client a field from its customer file .

Sounds like you need to specify an on_change for the field of your client to return the needed field of the customer
