Employee departure

Question

Good day everybody

Our employees are no longer working in the company and they are listed under Personnel and marked “to be defined”. Nowhere can I find an option to enter a date of departure or anything else so that it is clear in the system that the person no longer works for us.

Anyone have an idea where I can find this?

Departure Reason
as resigned

From Filter Select Archived
