edit button website builder not present

Question

I`m testing with version openerp_8.0dev-20140214-000101-1_all.deb and all works fine.
After installing the version openerp_8.0dev-20140219-115147-1_all.deb i canÂ´t edit the website because the EDIT button is not present. I canÂ´t press on promote, customize, and others, The system don't respond to this clicks and there aren't any errors in the logs.
Any idea ?

I have the same probleme after installing the Graphene theme. I use version 8.0-20160108. I went back to having only one loaded and active language (english-US) then reloading doesn't seem to solve the problem.
