I'm using Odoo 15 EE.
I often update the code when there is update in base code https://github.com/odoo/odoo/commits/15.0/
I update base code and EE code from here https://www.odoo.com/id_ID/page/download?
But since V18 released I can't find EE V15 link?
Anyone can help me?
Or I just update the base code?
btw, I'm user so can't download EE code from github.

So, it's mean after 3 years I can't update the EE code right?
I only can update the base code/community version, right?
You can update for as long as we keep updating the code, after we stop there is no point anymore as there is nothing to update.
We stopped updating Odoo 12 on October 7th, 2021
We stopped updating Odoo 13 on June 7th, 2023.
We stopped updating Odoo 14 on December 5th, 2023.
Odoo 15 is still being updated.
You are free to use Odoo Community as long as you want, we still have Users of Odoo 6.1 which we stopped updating in 2012.
You are free to use Odoo Enterprise as long as your subscription is valid, we still have Users of Odoo 9.0 (the first Enterprise version) which we stopped updating in 2019.

I think you can try contact with odoo to help, i guessing you are using odoo EE so mean that you have a valid license right ?
