In Odoo 18 Online Edition, if you can't see your entire contact list when selecting a customer in the POS, start by checking the POS configuration for any customer filters that might be too restrictive. Verify the "Is a Company" setting on the missing customer records, as the POS might be configured to show only individuals or companies. Clear any active filters in the POS customer search itself.

Also, check for customer tags and their relation to POS configuration, and ensure your user account has sufficient access rights for Contacts and POS. Confirm that the missing customers aren't archived. Clear your browser's cache and cookies, and update Odoo assets. If you have custom modules, try disabling them. If all else fails, contact Odoo support for assistance.

In Odoo 18 Online, the POS does not load all contacts by default. It only shows partners that meet the POS requirements. If some customers are missing, check the following:

1. The contact must be marked as “Customer.”

   Open the contact in Contacts and make sure the Customer option is enabled.

2. The contact must not be archived.

   Use the Archived filter in Contacts and unarchive if needed.

3. The POS user needs permission to see all contacts.

   In Settings → Users, make sure the user has “See All Contacts.”

4. Restart the POS session.

   Close the session and open a new one to refresh the customer list.
