Hello,


I'm dealing with CRM issue.  Our customers often hit "reply" instead of writing a new email for a new order. As result, new messages are being attached to leads that are already archived. I wanted to solve this with an automated action - one that would make a lead active again, whenever a new email gets attached to it. I've set the action to be triggered by the "requires_action" field change and it doesn't work (it does however work if different field is set as trigger - e.g. "stage_id"). Does anyone know how to solve this problem?
