Hello, I have a critical problem with my databases in Odoo online.


All of my databases are working perfectly fine if I access them via the URLs. However, they are not showing up under 'my databases'. They just disappeared yesterday afternoon, out of nowhere.


Is there someone with experience with this issue and now how to fix it? I already contacted Odoo support and in the chat function they said it would get high priority. However, I do not have a response yet while I would classify this as a big problem.

I have found the solution and decided to share it, since everyone can experience this.

If you connect with a Oauth provider to your administrator account, your databases are not longer visible under 'my databases'. 


You can easily fix this by adding Odoo back as your Oauth provider for your administrator account. You have to resend a password reset URL, use the 'login with Odoo' button and then your account is linked again. You are now able to see your databases again.
