• Confirm Quotations:
  • Once the customer approves, confirm each quotation to convert them into active subscriptions.​

3. Invoice Subscriptions:

• Select Subscriptions:
  • Navigate to the Subscriptions module.​
  • Filter and select all active subscriptions for the customer that are due for invoicing.​
• Create a Consolidated Invoice:
  • Click on Action and choose Create Invoice.​
  • In the pop-up, ensure the Consolidated Billing option is selected.​
  • Proceed to generate the draft invoice.​
• Review and Confirm:
  • Open the draft invoice to review the consolidated charges.​
  • Confirm and send the invoice to the customer.​
