When I go to apps under developer, it does not show the 3 dots to allow me to uninstall an app.

Odoo Studio has been used in your database to change the view - August 13th 2024 your User created a View at /odoo/apps/ir.ui.view/97/ir.ui.view/1050?debug=1 - disable this View and you will see the Menu again.

Are you logged in as an Administrator?
I have confirmed that I am already signed in with Administration / Settings access. The app is installed. If another user installed this, would they have to uninstall? Or should I still be able to uninstall?
