I have encountered the Internal Server Error since this morning HKT. Does anyone have the same problem? Is it due to the latest upgrade? Will it resume the service soon?

The upgrade is finished since more than 24h, and should not impact any other db that ours.

What is your hosting ? online ? osoo.sh ? and which db name ? 


Don't hesitate to open a ticket if you have enterprise contract.

Hi,

Are you using the odoo online ? If so you can connect the odoo support and check what is the issue. If you are using the on premise installation, you are responsible to check and sort out the issue. You can check the odoo log file to get hint about the issue.
