Online bank synchronization connections are never included in Odoo.sh backups, so after migrating to on-premise all synced bank accounts disappear.

The migrated database likely lost some essential localization modules during migration, especially l10n_fr, which normally provides the full list of French banks.

The module base_iban may also be missing, and without it French IBAN formats and many French banks are not loaded.

A new empty database on your server shows the complete list because l10n_fr and base_iban auto-install on fresh creation, confirming the issue is with the migrated database.

Reinstall or enable l10n_fr and base_iban in the migrated database, then update the app list so Odoo can reload the French banking data.

After reinstalling the modules, refresh the banks list under Accounting > Configuration > Banks to repopulate missing entries.

Even after fixing the bank list, online banking connections must be manually reconnected because Odoo.sh backups never include security tokens.

If banks are still missing, compare the res_bank table counts between the fresh database and the migrated one to confirm missing records and reload French localization data if required.
