I would like to backup my Odoo installation, using the terminal of Ubuntu 16.04.
The backup file should be usable to restore the installation on another server, using the web interface:
http://localhost:8069/web/database/manager
So far I could backup only the PostgreSQL database, getting only a dump file.
Is there any possibility to obtain a zip file with: dump, manifest, and filestore like the one from the database manager?

The best solution for creating backups that can be restored with the Database Manager is to use https://apps.openerp.com/apps/modules/10.0/auto_backup/
