App is not appearing in the list

Question

Hi

I am using Odoo 10 and downloaded a third-party app "Standard Accounting Report" by Florent de Labarre. Uploaded on "custom-addons" directory under odoo and put it in the path in odoo-server.conf and restarted the server.
On front-end, with administrator right, tried multiple times to update the app list but unfortunately, it is not appearing in the list.

Hi,
Once you download the above module and extract it, you will get a folder like this account_standard_report-10.0.1.2.2 , you have to open this folder, inside this folder you will see two modules named account_standard_report and report_xlsx, copy this two and add it to addons path and try.

I think you might have copied the extracted folder itself, thats why you are not able to get the app in the list.

Thank you very much for your reply.
I have done the same, copied 2 separate folders (account_standard_report and report_xlsx) in default addons directory, restarted the server and with administrator right and active developer mode tried to update the list) as it has been mentioned in the video that you have referred me but it hasn't worked.
