Price list won't apply to Pos, Maybe some explanation of ours buisness can help you better understanting my requirement.

we are a retail store, we sell goods and service. But we have 2 type of customer, The "normal" customer, he walk in buy a car radio, or a subwoofer schedule a day to install it in his car and paid.

and we have car dealer (honda, toyota ....) who call us , we bring (lets said a honda civic 2015 to ours garage)

we install an remote starter (so i sell lets said 

1 X as-1880 10 000.00$ (yeah thats expensive XD)

1 X installation 500.00$

we need (already added to the quotation/invoice) to enter the Model,Mark,serial number, Years, Workorder,Stock number on the invoice

and return the car (send the invoice by e-mail or print it and give it with the key back to the Dealer.

with my current setting, i have to click (my version is in french, hope i translated it correctly) Quotation, new, enter everything i want

confirm quotation, convert to sale, make an show sale, validated sale, print it.

click on warehouse, click on waiting for availability, click on my new created sale, look for availability, click on transfert, and finnaly click on apply.....

is there any way of only making a "simple sale"  ??

Use Odoo Point of Sale for your requirements, and some customization will be required to show available quantities.
