[17.0] How can we drag and drop a file?

Question

We used the web_drop_target module from oca to drag and drop files to attachments of a record. But for v17, it says the functionality is there in odoo core. So I tried to drag and drop a file to a product. But nothing is happening. Im using odoo 17 community edition.

UPDATE: Not sure what was the bug. I was able to attach by drag and drop in thread/activity area. Also it was working only when browser debugging is activated. But after clearing the cache, it is working fine.
