It says I have 14 days left but it didn't say that before I thought this was free. Did I change a setting that triggered this?

You probably were using only one app before, but a recent change in your settings or the addition of a new app could have triggered this.

If I uninstall the appnwoth it change me back to free?

Unfortunately not. You would need to contact odoo help. https://www.odoo.com/help
Other options maybe to create fresh DB and start over. You can export data from existing db and import to new db

Yes, likely you were on 1 app free prior and some setting change might have triggered or you might have installed additional app
