Oma's Soep
Oma’s Soep is a social wholesaler dedicated to combating loneliness among the elderly by organizing weekly cooking days and Soup-at-Home days in more than 12 cities in the Netherlands. During these activities, young volunteers and the elderly spend time together preparing soups from leftover vegetables to reduce food waste. The fresh soups and meals, prepared according to authentic grandmother's recipes, are available in various supermarkets. At least 50% of the profit is donated to the Oma's Soep tegen Eenzaamheid Foundation, which organizes these social activities.
Odoo is used to support daily operations, with modules for sales, purchasing, inventory management, and accounting. The all-in-one solution ensures clarity and efficiency in both administrative and logistical processes, aligning with their social mission.
