LevelOps helps manufacturing and e-commerce businesses improve their operations with technology. LevelOps was founded by Maxime Lavoie, a former supply chain consultant at Deloitte and former VP of Operations at Goodfood. We specialize in operational assessment, system selection, and system implementation and have extensive experience in the manufacturing, agri-food, retail and ecommerce sectors. Projects include audit of inventory and supply planning process, selections and implementation of management systems (ERP, MRP, etc), operations upgrade ("scale up") and operations support, Fractional COO. We are different from other technology integrators because we have deep manufacturing and distribution experience as operators.
