Con l’ingresso della terza generazione imprenditoriale, composta da professionisti giovani e innovativi, l’azienda ha avviato un profondo processo di trasformazione digitale, volto a dematerializzare i processi storici nati in un’epoca pre-informatica e a rendere l’organizzazione più agile e connessa.
L’obiettivo non era solo informatizzare, ma ripensare e ridisegnare i flussi operativi insieme al management, per trasferire su piattaforme digitali il patrimonio di procedure consolidate e creare un ecosistema moderno e centralizzato.

progetto, frutto di una stretta collaborazione tra Ferrajoli e DC Engineering, ha previsto una profonda integrazione tra Odoo ERP e il Dealer Management System (DMS) già in uso.
L’obiettivo: creare un ambiente unico in cui i processi commerciali, gestionali e documentali potessero convivere e comunicare in tempo reale.
Tra le principali funzionalità implementate:
- Sincronizzazione completa con il DMS per il flusso veicoli, stock e arrivi previsti;
- Gestione visuale del parco auto con foto, video e schede prodotto aggiornate;
- Prenotazione dei saloni e gestione delle esposizioni;
- Integrazione con marketplace e piattaforme e-commerce;
- Gestione documentale avanzata, essenziale in un settore ad alta intensità di burocrazia e pratiche amministrative;
- Business Intelligence integrata, grazie all’integrazione con Proxima BI, il tool di DC Engineering basato su Microsoft Power BI Embedded, per un controllo dati evoluto e centralizzato.
