LANDARE gestionaba sus procesos clave (compras, ventas, socios, inventario, facturación) en sistemas desconectados, generando ineficiencias, duplicidades y falta de trazabilidad. Con dos tiendas físicas y un almacén, necesitaban una solución integral que permitiera controlar el inventario en múltiples ubicaciones, automatizar la facturación de cuotas de socios, vincular personas socias y autorizadas, e incorporar la gestión de la producción ecológica ligada al proyecto con CPAEN.Implementación de Odoo para cubrir todos los procesos básicos diarios: contabilidad, compras, inventario, producción, punto de venta, suscripciones y facturación. El sistema integra funciones como gestión de etiquetas, balanzas conectadas, flujos de alta de socios, remesas bancarias SEPA, pedidos personalizados desde tienda y trazabilidad completa desde producción hasta venta. Se incluyó un despliegue progresivo por fases, con formación y testeo sobre base de datos de preproducción y documentación adaptada a sus flujos.
