Platform Ondernemend Meierijstad (POM) verbindt ondernemers in de regio via initiatieven zoals Vitaal, Glasnet en Ondernemend Veghel. De organisatie draait op gedreven mensen en een sterk netwerk — maar achter de schermen werkten ze met een wirwar aan losse systemen die niet goed op elkaar aansloten. Tijdens ons eerste gesprek werd duidelijk dat dit leidde tot veel handmatig werk, dubbele administratie en foutgevoeligheid. Service Public de Wallonie (S.P.W.)
Le Service public de Wallonie (SPW) est l'entité responsable de l’application des politiques du Gouvernement wallon. Il mène des missions d’intérêt général dans des domaines variés tels que l’aménagement du territoire, l’économie, l’environnement, l’emploi, la mobilité et la culture. Le SPW regroupe plusieurs départements et organismes, couvrant ainsi un large éventail de secteurs.Depuis 2016, Acsone by Trustteam a déployé Odoo au sein du Service public de Wallonie (SPW), débutant avec la gestion des achats pour le Département de la Gestion Mobilière et SPW-Digital. Rapidement, le SPW a reconnu le potentiel de la plateforme, élargissant son usage à toutes les directions générales, et aujourd'hui plus de 1300 agents l’utilisent. Odoo couvre désormais de nombreux processus au sein du SPW, notamment la gestion des achats, des ventes (via ediwall.be), l’organisation d’événements comme les Journées du Patrimoine, la gestion des marchés publics et leur suivi, y compris pour les marchés de travaux du SPW-MI (Mobilité et Infrastructure).
