Fox Lux is based in Lichfield, near Birmingham and provides emergency lighting and sensor systems across the UK. Fox Lux was looking for a stock management system and an integrated CRM and contacted Sapentia for help. Fox Lux’s main apps are: CRM - will act as the central record for customer suppliers. From this central record the full marketing, opportunity, quotation, sales, and invoicing history can be managed Sales- Sapentia delivered a incoming sales order process using the Odoo sales app, the involve CRM, contacts and sales management applications Inventory - Inventory/warehouse app is a core element of Fox Lux’s system. The app works closely with the accounting, purchase, and sales management apps to ensure a clear picture of the current state of operations within Fox Lux. Accounting – As usual a fully integrated Odoo Accounting package to meet all of Fox Lux’s accounting requirements Purchase – A core app for Fox Lux, integrated with Inventory, and Accounting it provides much increased functionality and automation of purchasing function.
