Fircroft implemented Odoo themselves and looked to gain a partner that could support them to get the most from their Odoo databases and guide them through the transition period into a new system, migrating from Xero Accounting to Odoo. 

Odoo provides them the platform to bring their end to end process into one solution and gives greater visibility of their stock and manufacturing process, including their heavily focussed sub-contracting requirements.
