The Odoo platform was used to implement the following modules for EDDE GLOBAL:

  • Sales/Quotation Management-This module enables the rapid preparation and online approval of quotations. It automatically converts quotations into sales orders, thereby minimizing paperwork and data entry errors.
  • CRM Module-This tool helps manage all interactions with customers and potential customers, organizes communication history and sales activities. CRM serves as a central database for improving customer relationships and ensuring business growth.
  • Course Management Module (Custom)-This custom module centralizes the management of class groups, teacher and student registration; it maintains attendance records and provides basic data for calculating teacher fees.
  • HR (Human Resources) Module-Simplifying HR operations, it manages employee personal databases, departmental structures and personnel development (training) plans. This module increases efficiency in employee management.
  • Inventory Module-Optimizes warehouse operations, ensures accurate tracking of goods, real-time management of inventory levels, and records internal product movements. This module increases accuracy and speed in managing resources.
  • Expenses Module-This module automates the registration and approval of employee expense receipts; it tracks all expenses centrally and ensures their immediate transfer to the Accounting module.
  • Mail Marketing Module-Automates the creation, sending, and performance analysis of email campaigns to potential and existing customers. It identifies "hot leads" based on responses (opens, clicks).
  • Events Module-This module provides the creation, online registration, and management of trainings, seminars, and events. It generates reports reflecting the number of participants and the income/expenses generated from the events.
  • WhatsApp Integration-This special integration automates customer engagement, connecting WhatsApp conversations directly to CRM and Sales modules. It enables automatic sending of payment links and order confirmations.
