DLT DOO - a manufacturing company operating both locally and internationally - implemented Odoo ERP with the goal of digitizing key business processes, optimizing production workflows, and improving cross-departmental coordination. The implementation covered sales, procurement, manufacturing, maintenance, and human resources, enabling the company to manage operations from a single, integrated platform.
DLT DOO chose Odoo ERP for its modularity and ability to support both standard and industry-specific needs, especially in managing complex production structures and equipment maintenance.
Key implementation goals included:
1. Sales - Creating and managing quotations and invoices in Odoo, along with maintaining centralized contact data for customers and vendors, both in Serbia and abroad.
2. Procurement - Using the Purchase app to send RFQs and POs to vendors, ensuring an organized and traceable procurement process.
3. Manufacturing - Implementing a digital production order management system with support for multi-level BOMs, enabling full tracking of production workflows.
4. Maintenance - Deploying the Maintenance app to monitor regular and corrective (emergency) maintenance of machinery, with full history and scheduling features.
5. HR Management - Implementing tools for managing employee data, annual leave tracking, and employee skills management.
Through this implementation, DLT achieved better production oversight, improved equipment reliability, and a centralized HR system - all within the Odoo ERP environment.
