Coral Development

Coral Development is developing Corall Seaside Resort, a mixed-use waterfront project in Batumi with a planned investment of $250 million. The project brings together Ibercompany Holding, Grande Group and Mziuri Development. Designed by architect Davit Gogichaishvili and Hausart, the development occupies an 11,300-square-metre site at 1 Queen Tamar Avenue. Its 55- and 52-storey towers will accommodate residential apartments alongside hospitality and commercial spaces. Planned amenities include a five-star hotel, a private yacht club, beach access, swimming pools, spa facilities, restaurants and leisure areas. The concept combines seaside living, tourism and residential investment within a single resort destination.
