CIGFARO

CIGFARO (Chartered Institute of Government Finance, Audit and Risk Officers) is a South African Qualifications Authority (SAQA)-recognised professional body representing finance, audit, risk, and performance management practitioners in the public sector. Established in 1929, the institute is dedicated to promoting ethical leadership, professional standards, and continuous development to strengthen financial management and governance across the public sector.

 In partnership with TruCloud ERP, CIGFARO adopted Odoo to transform how it manages its operations and member services. The solution combined core modules such as Accounting, HR, Membership, and Events with a custom PWA mobile app, allowing for improved member interaction, streamlined administrative workflows, and enhanced visibility across the organisation.
