With over 300 employees and four showrooms, they have positioned themselves as a market leader, setting the industry standard through innovation, craftsmanship, and the integration of the latest technology.

Established more than 31 years ago, Binni Corporation’s journey is a story of resilience, growth, and visionary leadership. Despite the hardships and devastation of the 1999 Kosovo war, they persevered with determination, rebuilding and expanding their business into the powerhouse it is today. In addition to their industrial leadership, Binni Corporation is one of the major investors in Pristina Mall—the largest shopping centre in Eastern Europe—solidifying their position as a key player in the region’s economic development. Their success is rooted in a collaborative leadership approach and a commitment to embracing cutting-edge technology, which has allowed them to stay ahead of the competition and meet the evolving demands of their industry.

Our engagement with Binni Corporation began with the full support and cooperation of their executive team, who provided invaluable insights into their operations. From the outset, it was clear that this was not just another project—it was an opportunity to transform their administrative processes and elevate their operational efficiency to new heights. One of the most striking aspects of the company is their state-of-the-art manufacturing facility—immaculately organised, meticulously clean, and running with the precision of a well-oiled machine. Every employee, from the factory floor to the leadership team, is driven by a singular mission: to deliver the highest quality products.

Binni Corporation’s attention to detail and dedication to quality informed every aspect of our collaboration. It was their obsession with precision that led us to realize the importance of implementing Odoo as a comprehensive platform to manage all their administrative functions. From finance and HR to procurement and inventory management, the goal was to bring every department into a unified system that offers real-time insights and full control over their operations. The project presented its own challenges due to the scale and complexity of the company, but with careful planning, rigorous execution, and close collaboration, we turned this vision into reality.
