What do we look for?


Join our dynamic team of Customer Success and make use of your hunting, analytical and negotiation skills to retain existing clients. As Customer Success Executive, you will engage with SME’s and advise them on the best solution to adopt for their business.

What will you do?

As Customer Success Executive, you’ll be responsible for managing our existing customer accounts, ensuring seamless on boarding, customer satisfaction, retention, and business growth. The ideal candidate will work closely with a number of clients from various industries—ranging from small businesses to large-scale enterprises—guiding them through their Odoo software journey and maximizing its value for their business operations. 

                          MuST  HAVE
  • Strong Business knowledge and curiosity
  • Genuine interest in IT and software
  • Fluent in English Communication 
  • Analytic vision & fighting spirit
  • Strong relational & negotiation skills
  • Good organizational skills
  • 1+ to 4 years of experience 
                          Nice to Have
  • Business degree (Required) 
  • Strong understanding of Odoo ERP software or similar SaaS-based business solutions
  • Proven experience in customer success, account management, or client-facing roles.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to analyze customer needs and propose relevant solutions
  • Experience managing renewals, retention strategies, and up selling/cross-selling opportunities
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to handle multiple clients simultaneously
