I created a new menu item with a window action to view all sales order lines. I want to import a field into sales order lines. Unfortunately the import records under "Favourites" is missing here. On other tree views it works without problems. What am I doing wrong?

Import records is only visible on kanban and list view.
Also please check the user has access to create a record.
You can also check import and create option is true when you define the view.
