How can you stop a shift from automatically getting added to the planning application when the scheduler runs?
We have an employee who has been deactivated however his normally shifts are still automatically populating when the scheduled action to populate reoccurring shifts occurs. How can you stop this?
Hi Julie:
You can edit the recurring shift and set an end date on it.
