Hi,
In order to install and use the enterprise edition, you have to buy a subscription for an on-premises Odoo enterprise installation.
Once the subscription is bought, you can download the Odoo source code from this page: https://www.odoo.com/page/download using the received subscription code.
Once the source code is downloaded, you can set up an Odoo Community Edition, referring to available tutorials, and later add the enterprise code and upgrade the instance to an enterprise instance.

So if I pay 358 EUR for one year on premise subscription I have the source code acces for enterprise ?
You can't do that monthly
And thats the cheapest option?
