Can we make restriction to the option "Reset to draft" and "Cancel" in the Sales Order and Invoice in the related forms.
Can it be restricted to a User Groups or by User level?
Please help me with the solution or the work around.
You can show button to particular User group.
You should just add the attribute 'groups' to the xml view. For example, to show the button only for admins:
groups="base.group_erp_manager"
