The limit field exists in the window action definition and is possible to set the value as an integer:

I don't know of a way to do this.
Browsers have memory limits, as do the computers running them, and it doesn't make sense to send unlimited records to a client without limit - what if you have 5 million records? They all need to be stored in the browser memory so that's why there is a limit.
