Soldiers Hills 2 Homeowners' Assn., Inc.

Soldiers Hills 2 Homeowners' Association is the governing body of the Soldiers Hills 2 sub-district of Las Pinas, Philippines. They manage the administration and facilities of the whole sub-district, encompassing over 500 households. 

Before Odoo they were manually collecting the monthly dues, a tedious process on paper making it difficult to keep an overview, prone to errors and requiring a full-time employee to keep track of it.

With Odoo we digitized the entire workflow with recurrent invoicing through the Sales, Invoicing and Subscription module. They now need to spend less than a day per month to follow up on the monthly dues!
