How to configure extra (Cash, Mobile Money, Bank Transfer, and Card) payment methods?

Question

I am currently configuring payment methods in Odoo 19 and I would like to create new ones such as Cash, Mobile Money, Bank Transfer, and Card. My goal is to link each method to the correct journal and accounting account so that transactions are properly recorded.
