I tried to install all versions, but no version can choose PostgreSql when installing the odoos although the previously related software removed by me.

After uninstall odoo, open registry, search "postgresql" and delete all values. Then restart your pc and reinstall odoo again.
i have some problem with this issue, and just try to delete service:
- press windows + R
- type regedit & enter
- select HK-Key_current_user
- Select software
- choose postgresql folder and delete
After above step done, you can re-install odoo application
