Hey i am using zktecho PFACE202. when i am on local server i use ip "192.168.5.201" and port 4370 and it connects successfully. But when i try it on a live server or my cloud server i am unable to do that. It has something to do with the ip address. Do you have any idea which ip should i give for this purpose.
