Odoo is the world's easiest all-in-one management software.
It includes hundreds of business apps:
Whenever I click on a question link, it scrolls down to the end of the page immediately.
And it is annoying as hell.
I don't know how to contact Odoo about issues like this. One time I tried using github main repo but it is probably not the right place for that.
How to reproduce: click this link https://www.odoo.com/forum/help-1/question/where-to-report-issues-in-this-website-160998 and after the page loads you should see the page scrolls to the bottom.
Don't they have a "report a bug" link?

also who is jub@odoo.com and the forum is not part of odoo main repo, so why create an issue there?
Julien is the odoo employee who is in charge of official Odoo forum(not sure whether he is changed or not), if he is not, he can given you insights about this. Regarding creating the issue in git-hub repository, official odoo forum, is the forum app in the Odoo, see: https://github.com/odoo/odoo/tree/13.0/addons/website_forum

Niyas he's actually only partially responsible for the forums. His main focus is e-learning & the apps, no the official forum as far as I'm aware. I don't think he would be very happy with this email being thrown around online either ;) The best idea is to create an issue on Github or through the official support channel from odoo (odoo.com/help)
