I am using Odoo v.11 community edition, and I am facing a problem with the timesheets. I have seen that in v.10 and v.12 timesheets need to be validated by a manager but I can't find that option in v.11

A solution to that could be to prevent normal users from changing the state of tasks, but at the same time they should be able to update and to add timesheets to them , so blocking all users except some managers to modify tasks is not an option.

Is there any option to achieve this by configurating something or with a module? If possible, I prefer not to modify the code.
