Thank you for your reply. I upgraded the database via upgrade odoo com, but I could not upgrade the ODOO installation on Windows. I had problems, so I decided to install a new server and start from the beginning. Adjusted minor modifications in its modules, proxy and everything works. I just have one question if you can help me. 

I have set up whatsapp and VOIP, but when receiving a WA message or calls on VOIP, the odoo mobile application does not push notifications.. I only receive notifications on chat.. Calls and whatsapp messages do not. Do you know how to enable notifications for both whatsapp and calls?
