Since today, I am receiving this error on three separate Odoo v18 instances when trying to activate developer mode with or without assets. I have tried Upgrade of accounting and base modules in Odoo apps store.


The solution supposedly involves regenerating asset bundles, however i am unable to access debug mode bug icon to do that from the UI.


Is there a command i can enter via odoo shell to regenerate asset bundles?

Hi GioCast.

I solved this problem by updating both the Odoo Base Source code to the latest git revision, and then updating the Enterprise Source code to the latest git revision.

Both the Odoo Base and Odoo Enterprise should match and be updated at the same time.


If you are on Cloudpepper, you will need to make sure the Enterprise source code repo is registered through the github account connected to your Odoo Partner account, if applicable.

Are you using Cloudpepper or odoo.sh? if using .sh, the entire process is managed internally by them, and you shouldn't be seeing this issue at all.
