This database is currently blocked

The most likely reason is that the Odoo Enterprise subscription has expired. This service will be automatically reactivated if you renew it.

Can't use the new subscription for metrohubph.com.

I unlinked the database yesterday since I can't find the dashboard where I can access the database. And then, it is telling already that the database is blocked.

Now, if I click the Renew Subscription button, there is an option about:

1. Attach this subscription

2. Create a new subscription

I clicked the Attach this subscription (since it was a new subscription just yesterday) but the database is still blocked.

Pls. assist.

The database for Odoo standard is now reactivated. Now, I can see this in my subscriptions:

My subscription
(From My Account >> Subscriptions >> Click Subscription >> Click Access to DB)

This then brings me to the my custom domain which is Metrohubph.com.

Now, I cannot login to https://www.metrohubph.com/web/login, using the same the password that I am using for Odoo.com.

It just says that Wrong Login/Password.

1. Now, I rechecked whether the email is correct. Yes, it is correct.
2. I reset the password as shown in https://www.metrohubph.com/web/login.

After resetting several times, it still doesn't work.

The email is already correct including the password.

1. I'm able to login to Odoo.com using that email and password but
2. Cannot login to https://www.metrohubph.com/web/login using the same Odoo credentials.

Have you experienced this? Where did I went wrong?

Thanks for the insights Niyas Raphy. I think I activated the code on the trial version.

It is a new subscription so I just attach the current subscription instead of renewing. How long is the typical support response time? it has been 2 days already yet no answer from Odoo support.

if you have taken the subscription from partner, you can check with your odoo partner or same point of contact from which you have taken it.

As last two days is weekend, you can expect a reply soon

Hi,

You may have used the subscription code in a different database for example in staging branch. What you can do is that, you can create a support ticket for the same in: https://www.odoo.com/help
