When I send a document for signing, I want to add a template text in the email (eg. "Congrats, you passed your certificate" or "Unfortunately, you need to redo it" )
Under Settings>Email templates, I added said template with all information and text and "Applies to" sign.request. I also tried sign.send.request and some others. But no matter what I do, when I want to send the PDF with signature request to someone, I cannot select a template text.
Do I really have to type the message every time I want to send a document for signing?
