I don't know why but when I print a quotation or an invoice it doesn't seem to have a footer.
Does anyone have an idea why ?

To edit the header and footer for Quote/Sale orders you need to edit the QWeb view. Here is how to do this:
- Settings > Technical > User Interface > Views
- Search for "external"
- You will see report.external_layout, report.external_layout_header and report.external_layout_footer
- Edit these views as appropriate to modify the PDF version of the Quote/Sales orders
Do you get a header on your reports? Does your QWeb report have the added too?

Yes I do have a Hearder and also the t-call
You have checked "Custom Footer" on company view?
Yes I Did.
What paper size are you using and how big is the footer defined in it?
The paper format that I'm using is A4
