i'm a new openerp Developer. i just done some sample module and i see a lot of source code and XML view are same. i just wonder is there any source code generation tools available to accelebrate the development time?

There is a plugin for DIA diagram editor to produce code from class diagrams. Although I'm not sure which OpenERP versions are supported.
