I typed http://localhost:8069 after deleting my Odoo databases using pgAdminIII
Please look at the image attached to see what I am getting and please how do I fix this?

There must be a problem with this platform I definitely attached an image but it is just not showing. Send me an email to pinjisi@gmail.com and I will send you the image
Even though you have deleted the database, there exits registry files which does not get deleted.
Use regedit in cmd; search for the pgadmin files in HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINES; delete the file. Reinstall odoo and it will run.
