Hi odoo team, well I am getting this error again and again first two to three times I manually fix this problem but now I am trying to fix this permanently, please help me how can I fix, I am changing the db expiration date but this not fix this for all time and it shows a bad impression on client so please help me how can I fix

You have to buy an Odoo License/Subscription and register that with this database. Then the message will disappear.

Please remember, it's illegal to renew the database in any other manner. So, it's safe and better to buy the license and use it for your customers.

we do have valid users licenses and this is not deploy on odoo.sh this is on some other server, but I don't know why I am getting this error

You can contact your account manager or create a ticket to Odoo

Also, I don't think the hosting has any connection with expiry. As long as you have a valid license, it should work.

Hi,

This is not an error. This is the message that shows that your database has expired, You can only use a database for 1 month after that you need to renew your subscription to reuse the database
