People, is possible to have a Replica DB and run Pentaho Reports on the Slave(ReadOnly)?

We try this but is not working, we setup odoo in both Master/Slave, Pentaho just in the slave because we want to move our report DB load to the slave. Went we run any reports we detect that Odoo want to update records(our reports are sql consult only select),  but this affect and none of our reports run in the slave. The master no problem because can write to the DB, but odoo or pentaho run update records for session or internal info they manage.

Our plan is to move our reports to other server with a DB in sync with the master.

Any recommendation in how to attack this plan?
